The Fort Myers CRA’s commitment to transparent, inclusive decision-making ensures that our community’s growth and development is guided by the needs and desires of its residents–that’s you.  The CRA wants to hear how you would allocate annual funding to continue revitalizing the Downtown redevelopment area. When you visit the plan update website, you’re granted $8 million in CRA Bucks. This isn’t just play money – it’s a chance for you to take the lead. Allocate your funds to the projects you believe will make the most significant impact. Minutes are available following approval. –CRA Approves Commercial Property Improvement Grants for Downtown CRA District for the Naples International Film Company and Bradford Properties –CRA Approves Property Improvement Grants for Dr. MLK Redevelopment Area for VH2 Properties, LLC and Next Level Holdings, Inc. –CRA Approves Commercial Property Improvement Grants for the Cleveland CRA District for Garvin Properties, LLC and CVL Myers, LLC. This reinvestment can take the form of public infrastructure, residential and commercial grant programs, public arts, affordable housing development, safety initiatives and historic preservation.
