Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning Team

Bowen focuses his practice on estate planning, probate, and trust administration and crafts tailored estate plans to meet the needs and goals of his clients. His experience includes drafting documents for both will-based and trust-based plans, LLC formation, family limited partnerships (FLPs), and charitable planning. Bowen also works closely with high-net-worth individuals to design comprehensive estate plans addressing critical issues such as creditor protection and charitable giving.

Prior to joining Henderson Franklin, Bowen led a real estate closing department, ensuring smooth transactions and resolving title complications. His role included training new attorneys and paralegals in estate planning and probate, and maintaining high standards of client service.
