Henderson Franklin Welcomes Michael Scharff to Administration Team

Fort Myers, Florida — The full-service law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., is thrilled to announce the addition of Michael Scharff as the new Facilities and Support Services Manager. His primary responsibilities include overseeing the facilities budget, identifying and resolving maintenance issues, negotiating and managing vendor contracts, supervising support staff and facilities-related projects, and managing mailroom and reception operations. Commenting on his new role, Scharff shares,

Scharff brings a wealth of expertise in facilities management, with a proven track record of overseeing multiple buildings and leading significant modernization projects. His notable accomplishments include successfully negotiating a $4 million modernization project at the federal courthouse in Brooklyn and spearheading a $23 million renovation on Randall’s Island in Manhattan.

Before relocating to Southwest Florida, Scharff honed his skills in New York, working for an international company where he gained valuable insights into the elevator industry. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters and running a family food truck called Two Brothers, which has gained popularity and even featured on a TV show with Chef Ramsey.
