Tom Rife Joins GATES Construction as Senior Estimator

BONITA SPRINGS, Fla., (August 28, 2018) – GATES Construction is pleased to announce the addition of Tom Rife as Senior Estimator. Rice’s responsibilities include comprehensive estimating, material take-offs and labor estimates as well as developing subcontractor scopes and bidding criteria. He collaborates with executive staff and the project team in all preconstruction services including sequencing, design review, constructability and life cycle analysis, value engineering, cost/budget analysis, and strategic planning for all aspects of the projects. Rife has over 30 years of experience in estimating and project management along with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University. Rife will be based out of GATES Construction’s Headquarters in Bonita Springs.
