Fort Myers, FL – (April 16, 2024) SVN Commercial Partners is pleased to announce that the firm was exclusively selected to market 30 +/- acres of retail land in the heart of one of the fastest-growing areas in the country. Named the Parrish Town Center (“PTC”), the site is located at the southeast corner of the lighted intersection at State Road 62 and US Highway 301. PTC is the retail portion of a master-planned community that will feature 4,500 residential units. More impressive is the additional 23,000 units that are in some stage of entitlement or development in the direct market area. With so many rooftops in and on the way, the region is in strong demand for commercial retail development.

The site will feature about 8 – 12 parcels ranging in size from .5 +/- acres to 10+/- acres. However, the project has flexibility at this point to be fluid with the ultimate lot number and sizes. The developer has selected SVNCP to help mindfully place end users into the retail development. This will account for the needs in the direct market when considering other planned retail developments that are already securing certain national retailers. The site also features 1,500 +/- lineal feet frontage along the road which will provide excellent exposure to the 22,000 cars per day (MM to discuss and review). Initial demand has been brisk and SVNCP is just launching the marketing.
