Fort Myers, FL – September 17th, 2024 – SVN Commercial Partners is honored to announce its West Region of Southwest Florida was ranked 9th globally in the franchise year to date through July.

This ranking is among more than 200 offices worldwide. To further expand its operations, the company announced the acquisition of a new Fort Myers office. This strategic expansion marks a commitment to better serve the entire region and add additional advisors.
