Fort Lauderdale, FL (May. 21, 2024) – Recent transactions completed by SVN Commercial Partners:

• VMN Group LLC purchased an 8,264 square foot retail plaza at 830-890 SW 27th Ave in Fort Lauderdale, FL from Wonderful Me Hair Design Inc for $1,200,000. Cleveland Sainpreux, Elon Gerberg, and Adam H. Klein of SVN Commercial Partners facilitated the transaction between both parties. 

• Undisclosed Buyer purchased 9.34 acres of vacant land located at 3142 Johnston Rd. in Fort Pierce, FL from Mango Acres Inc. for $540,000. Brandon Bollig of SVN Commercial Partners facilitated the transaction between both parties.
