Fort, Myers FL (April 1. 2024) – Recent deals completed by SVN Commercial Partners:

  • C & S Land Holdings sold 1250 Sq Foot Industrial Flex Condo located at 17030 Alico Commerce Court #306       to SWFL Mold & Construction Services LLC for $365,000. Corrie Gates of SVN Commercial Partners represented the seller, and Joey Guilino & Bryan Myers represented the Buyer.
  • Royce Plastic Surgery purchased 3,600 SF of office space located at 319 6th Ave W Bradenton, 34205 from Nelco Realty Holdings for $439,000. Michelle Matson and Ashley Bloom represented the seller.
  • The Shave Parlor LLC leased 900 square feet of retail space located at 1341 Del Prado Blvd S from International Support Inc. Corrie Gates & Donna Zaldivar of SVN Commerical Partners facilitated the transaction between the two parties. 
  • Bender’s Fab LLC leased 1,250 square feet of industrial flex space located at 17030 Alico Commerce Court #305 Fort Myers from Emerald Green Property Services LLC. Corrie Gates of SVN Commercial Partners facilitated the transaction between the two parties. 
  • Kava Culture (KC NFM LLC) leased 1,215SF at Merchant Crossing at 15201 N Cleveland Ave, North Fort Myers, FL 33903 from RB Merchants LLC. Bryan J. Myers and Joey Gulino of SVN Commercial Partners represented the lessee and Dannielle Robinson and Fabienne Porter represented the lessor.
  • *All Mental Inc* leased 1,100 square feet of medical office space at 17595 Tamiami Trail from Alico Lake Commons. Fuje Ara and Saira Marin of SVN Commercial Partners represented both the landlord and the tenant rep, and Corrie Gates represented the Landlord.
  • Jason Demers, LLC leased 720 sf of office space located at 1617 Hendry Street, Unit 303, Fort Myers from 1617 Hendry LLC. Donna Marrero Zaldivar and Bryan J. Myers facilitated the transaction between the two parties.
  • Tropic DJ’s (Jim Hargrove) leased 305 sf of office space located at 1617 Hendry Street, Unit 214, Fort Myers from 1617 Hendry LLC. Donna Marrero Zaldivar and Bryan J. Myers facilitated the transaction between the two parties.
  • J Fairbanks Esq PA leased 385 sf of office space located at 1617 Hendry Street, Unit 211, Fort Myers from 1617 Hendry LLC. Donna Marrero Zaldivar and Bryan J Myers facilitated the transaction between the two parties.
  • Kozak Air Conditioning and Refrigeration LLC leased 1,550 square feet or acres of industrial space located at 3425 Radio Road, Naples, FL 34104 from JCPI Holdings LLC.  Patty McClimans of SVN Commercial Partners represented the Lessor.
  • Tom Trovato Event Floral & Design LLC leased 13,778 Square Feet of Industrial Flex Space at 4110 Enterprise Avenue from Venture One Real Estate LLC. Corrie Gates of SVN Commercial Partners facilitated the transaction between the two parties.
  • Gautier Fabrication purchases building they have leased for over a decade. Warehouse is a 10,000 square foot steel building constructed in 2000 located in the Knights Trail Industrial Corridor in Nokomis. David Carlson facilitated the transaction between the two parties.
  • Silver City Properties Enterprises LLC Purchased 0.23 AC of Commercial land in Cape Coral. Located at 1337 Skyline Blvd. Kurt Melzer of Select Realty Associates, Inc. represented the seller, and Joey Gulino of SVN Commercial Partners represented the Buyer.
  • La Mora LLC leased 3,300 square feet of industrial flex space at 28280 Old 41 Rd M5 in Bonita Springs from High Road Holdings LLC. Jessica Russo of Development Realty LLC represented the Lessee, and Benjamin Myers of SVN Commercial Partners represented the Lessor.
  • Allied Family Health leased 1,200 square feet of office space at 929 East Oak St. Arcadia, FL 34266 from Arcadia Plaza, LLC. Hunter McCarthy of SVN Commercial Partners represented the tenant, and Angela Varga of Gulf Coast Commercial Group represented the landlord.
  • All Stylez Salon, LLC leased 1,532 square feet of retail space at 9108 Bonita Beach Road, Bonita Springs from Wynn Properties, Inc. Donna Marrero Zaldivar and Tiffany Luongo of SVN Commercial Partners represented the Tenant.
  • Deep Creek Discount Convenience leased 2,190 square feet of retail space located at 24901 Sandhill Blvd in Punta Gorda from Karimovs Properties, LLC. Margeaux McCarthy of SVN Commercial Partners was a transaction broker in this deal.
  • Unity Flooring & Interiors leased 3,727 sf of industrial space located at 13750 Treeline Avenue S, Units 2 & 3, Fort Myers from Shanahan Enterprises of FL, LLC. Donna Marrero Zaldivar and Bryan J Myers represented the lessee.
  • FGS 3333 Naples LLC purchased a 7,627 sq ft retail plaza located in Vanderbilt Galleria from Pastoor Properties of Collier County for $ 3,000,000. Patty McClimans of SVN Commercial Partners represented the Seller.
  • The Hague Construction LLC renewed their lease at 3425 Clock Tower from JCPI Holdings LLC. Patty McClimans with SVN Commercial Partners represented the Tenant and Landlord.
  • Keltour USA purchased a 14000-sf warehouse from T L Fliss Real Estate. Lauri Albion and Tiffany Luongo represented the seller, and Tiffany Luongo of SVN Commercial Partners represented the buyer also.
