SVN Commercial Partners completes series of deals
(Feb. 12, 2024) – Recent deals completed by SVN Commercial Partners:
- Argentina Brothers Realty Corp. purchased 3,676 square feet of retail space (a Grease Monkey site), located at 1891 S. Military Trail in West Palm Beach, from 1891 S. Military Trail LCC for $1.4 million. Elon Gergerg and Adam H. Klein of SVN Commercial Partners represented the buyer and seller.
- Salt Venture Partners, LLC purchased a 20,600 square foot office building, located at 3075 W. Oakland Park Blvd. in Oakland Park from Oakland Center, LCC for $2.65 million. Adam H, Klein and Cleveland Sainpreux represented the buyer and Carlos Pizzaro of South Florida Brokers and Associates the seller.
- Rodan, LCC, a Miami-based industrial small bay operated, purchased an approximately 12,000 square-foot small bay warehouse, located at 14225 SW 140th St. in Miami, from Sabre Corp, for $1.425 million. Adam H. Klein and Elon Gerberg, the ROI Group of SVN Commercial Partners, represented the buyer.
- Flying Horse Investments, LLC purchased a 20,000 square-foot shopping plaza, located at 2300-2350 W. Oakland Park. Blvd. in Oakland Park, for $4.1 million. Elon Gerberg, Adam H. Klein and Cleveland Sainpreux of SVN Commercial Partners represented the buyer and seller.
