OnSpot-FL, LLC leased 1,592 square feet of Medical Office space located at 13770 Plantation Road in Fort Myers from GCMP, LLC. Margeaux and Hunter McCarthy of SVN Commercial Partners represented the landlord and Tim Schneider of Trinity Commercial Group represented the tenant.

Lily Rivera Bridal & Alterations, LLC leased 1,000 square feet of retail space located at 24901 Sandhill Blvd in Punta Gorda from Karimovs Properties, LLC. Margeaux & Hunter McCarthy of SVN Commercial Partners were the transaction brokers.

Angiana LLC purchased a 2,187 square-foot medical office condo at 9400 Fountain Medical Court in Bonita Springs from FMCOURT LLC for $725,000. Patty McClimans of SVN Commercial Partners represented the seller.

Manatee Ventures Inc. purchased 11.38 acres at 3407 24th Ave East in Palmetto from Palmetto Land 2021 Inc. for $727,500. Ashley Bloom and Rob Henry of SVN Commercial Partners represented the buyer and seller.
