Fort Myers, FL (April 20, 2023) – Stephen Arrivello has joined SVN Commercial Partners as the new leader of capital markets, where he has an extensive background. In addition to traditional capital sources, he provides direct C-PACE lending capabilities to the SVN client base.

Arrivello has 15 years of experience in commercial banking capital markets, primarily his core business through a career, which has taken him into real estate development and related fields in the Philadelphia area. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Arrivello had his own business called Axcel Capital Group and then went to work for Marcus & Millichap in Philadelphia.

“We are pleased to bring in a high-quality capital markets veteran like Stephen into SVN Commercial Partners,” managing partner Ashley Bloom said. “Having this service line provides a dynamic resource to our advisors and a significant value add to our clients.”

Arrivello received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Temple University after spending a year at the University of Miami.

“What appealed to me was the quality of the people and their niche in the market,” Arrivello said about joining SVN Commercial Partners. “They have a national footprint and the resources behind them. It is a tremendous, cohesive organization. Everyone I meet there is just dynamic. My job is to service the agents, give clients access to capital, add value and revenue.”
