Spiro & Associates is Agency of Record for Compass Rose Marina, Southern Comfort Storage

Fort Myers, FL (July 27, 2023) – Spiro & Associates Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations and Brand Architecture is proud to be named the Agency of Record for the Compass Rose Marina project near Fort Myers Beach and for Southern Comfort Storage.

As its Agency of Record, Spiro & Associates will work with Compass Rose Marina and Southern Comfort Storage on all aspects of marketing, including executing marketing initiatives, creative assets, print, digital, event support, social media and public relations elements to promote the brand.

The project has been in the works for nearly 17 years and features a 286 dry storage boat facility enclosed in a concrete and steel structure built to withstand winds up to 200+ mph and Category 5 hurricane strength conditions. The facility will be capable of storing up to 50’ LOA (length overall) vessels. A recent anchor-setting – or ground-breaking event kicked off the project with a 12-month completion time anticipated. Future plans for Compass Rose Marina also include 29 wet slips and 30,000 square feet of retail, office, and mini-storage space. Also proposed is 20,000 square feet of civic space, a ship’s store, a restaurant, 75 luxury residential condos, and 15 townhomes.
