Abstract Garden and Meditation…Planting seeds for Peace and Recovery

Saturday, September 23- Join us for this two hour, fun filled experience where we
explore the magic of breath work and creativity.

We will begin with a brief introduction to the process of abstract painting, doodling
and breathing for relaxation. Students will be guided to add color to their paper with
spontaneous, free flowing self expression. Then, with intention, we will create a
zentangle inspired flower garden to represent “new growth”, beauty and rejuvenation
for moving forward. You will leave with new skills to calm your mind and artwork
suitable for framing as a reminder of your strength and resilience.
