March 14, 2018 – Fort Myers, FL – The Famous Author Lecture Series invites literature lovers to take part in a lunch and lecture with an acclaimed writer. Savor a lunch and lecture with bestselling, critically acclaimed author Karen Dionne on Monday, April 16th from 12pm – 2pm. A book signing and Q&A will also take place. The Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center is located at 2301 First St. in the historic downtown Fort Myers River District.
Karen Dionne is the author of The Marsh King’s Daughter. She is the cofounder of the online writers community Backspace, the organizer of the Salt Cay Writers Retreat, and a member of the International Thriller Writers, where she served on the board of directors. She has been honored by the Michigan Humanities Council as a humanities scholar, and lives with her husband in Detroit’s northern suburbs.
The afternoon’s lunch will be prepared by Chefs Mike and Karen Gavala, owners of G3 Catering, one of SWFL’s premier fine catering companies. G3 Catering is a family owned and operated company.
