 Winter 2024 Schedule Guests First Winter sessions start soon! Guests First is a free educational program that offers customer service skills training to front- line and management professionals throughout Lee County. We offer sessions in-person and virtually. This training offers a unique opportunity for participants to enhance their self-aware- ness, engage in group activities, and have fun. Interactive virtual sessions are now available!  The program consists of eight modules, each lasting 2.5 hours. The classes are held at industry partner locations throughout Lee County. Those who successfully complete the Guests First program and pass the American Hotel Lodging & Education Institute (AHLEI) examination will earn the globally recognized credentials of a Certified Guest Service Professional (CGSP).
