This program will teach you how to assess a client’s needs
and develop a care plan using clinical service, community-
based services and technology. Upon completion, you will
be able to manage multidisciplinary teams and effectively
communicate with clients and their families. With this 16-
week program, you can help clients stay at home and avoid
the need to transition to a nursing home or assisted-living
facility.

You will learn the professional traits and responsibilities to
become a vital part of the healthcare team in a medical office,
clinic, hospital, and other healthcare settings. You will also be
prepared for the Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)
exam.
