Cannabis Professional Certificate Program

Greetings! join us for the Cannabis Professional Online Certificate Program in Fall 2022. Discover the exciting industry of cannabis.

The Cannabis Professional Certificate Program is an intensive, multidisciplinary, 4-week workshop designed to meet the needs of those who want to increase their understanding of cannabis and its effects. The workshop will educate participants about the characteristics of the plant; cultivation and extraction techniques; the physiology, pharmacology, and medicinal uses of cannabis; cannabis laws and policies; cannabis as a business; the unique tax, banking, and insurance challenges in the cannabis industry; the history of cannabis; and how to make edibles. The program is comprised of four 1-week modules. The videos and materials for each module are available starting on Sunday. Registrants can work at their own pace to complete the module throughout the week and will then participate in a live virtual class via Zoom on the following Saturday morning.
