Ed Kitsos has joined Priority Marketing as a senior media buyer to help clients maximize the effectiveness and impact of their advertising dollars.

In this role, Kitsos is responsible for planning annual budgets, negotiating and placing buys, media trafficking and placement, media sponsorship coordination, managing media deadlines, reconciling invoices, researching media outlets, auditing media and maintaining media department records. Kitsos has more than 20 years of media buying experience.

Priority Marketing’s media buying department coordinates and places advertising for TV, newspaper, magazine, radio, outdoor and online media. The firm’s clients represent a broad spectrum of industries, including hospitality and tourism, retail, health care, senior living, construction, legal, financial, government, education and locally owned businesses, as well as nonprofit and not-for-profit organizations.

Kitsos founded his own company, Marketing Bear, in 2016, developing and implementing traditional and digital media strategies and executing geotargeted campaigns increasing retention and new customer leads. Prior to that, he was a senior integrated marketing manager for Pet Supermarket, head of marketing and media strategy for New Horizons South Florida, director of media strategy for FHIA Remodeling and marketing director for Charter Schools USA, among other marketing and media positions in his career.

Kitsos earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications and mathematics from Hofstra University.
