FGCU Board of Trustees to meet May 4

FORT MYERS, Fla. – The Florida Gulf Coast University Board of Trustees will meet at 8:30 a.m. Thursday, May 4, in the Cohen Student Union, Room 201. The meeting will be streamed live through the webcast available at www.fgcu.edu/boardcast.

Public comment on action items can be made in two ways:

1. In person by completing a speaking request card from the staff table. Comments will be subject to a 3-minute maximum time limitation. If it appears that there are more speakers desiring to speak than may be accommodated, the Board may reduce the maximum amount of time allowed each speaker or limit the number of speakers.
2. By email sent no later than 5 p.m. on Wednesday, May 3, to [email protected]. Emailed comments may be read into the record during the meeting as time allows. If it appears that there are more emailed comments than can be accommodated during the meeting, emailed comments will be posted on the website with the agenda prior to the meeting.
