Naples, Florida-June 3, 2022- Dragon Horse Agency, launched in October 2015 in Naples, Florida, by Co-Founders Julie Koester and Patrick Blake Renda, is proud to announce their expansion to the west coast. Over the years, Dragon Horse has grown into an award-winning business marketing agency with clients across the nation and abroad. The rapid growth in diversity of clientele and the range of creativity required to support them at the highest levels drove the decision to launch a new office in L.A.
In the beginning, Julie and Patrick ran the company from the kitchen of Co-Founder and President Julie Koester. They put everything back into the company while not taking compensation. In 2017 they decided to take the leap and secure a tiny single office in the 5/3rd building in North Naples that they shared. In 2019, having experienced tremendous growth, Dragon Horse took another gamble, opening a 3000 sq. ft. office in the Askar Building in Downtown Naples while continuing to add dragons to the team to meet the expanding client list of local, national, and international clients.
Over the seven years, Dragon Horse has continued to reinvest in the company and the community as active participants in all the local chambers, being sponsors of numerous events and charitable causes, and board members of various organizations and educational institutions in Naples and continue to be recognized for excellence and commitment to the community.
Dragon Horse continues its commitment to excellence and investment in the community with a new growth stage; on June 3rd, Dragon Horse Agency opens a new office in the iconic 100 Wilshire Building in Santa Monica, CA, sitting on the Pacific Ocean’s bluffs. It places Dragon Horse Agency at the epicenter of everything creative, marketing, and media-related, and minutes from “Silicon Beach” with Microsoft, Meta, Google, Activision, E.A., SNAP, and close to music, movie, and tv production companies in Culver City and Hollywood. This significant investment for Dragon Horse will come with the addition of staff in its Naples offices to support the West Coast efforts.
100 Wilshire Building is iconic for many reasons. Bandleader Lawrence Welk, well known as a television mainstay in the 70s, was also a serious real estate developer. He put his mark on the built environment of Santa Monica with his 1970s construction of Lawrence Welk Plaza. Within that plaza, Architectural firm Daniel, Mann, Johnson, and Mendenhall created a streamlined twenty-one-story tower with smooth, white metal cladding punctuated by simple horizontal bands of windows. The General Telephone building, named so because the telephone company occupied most of the property, was completed in 1971 and remains a landmark of Late Modern design.

Dragon Horse Agency’s global headquarters will remain in Downtown Naples. Our Naples team will continue to grow with this move as it supports and benefits the efforts in Santa Monica,” said Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer Patrick Blake Renda.
