Lake Michigan Credit Union Hires Mike Kozak as Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending for the Southwest Florida Area
Fort Myers, Fla. (April 16, 2024) – Lake Michigan Credit Union (LMCU) is pleased to announce the hiring of Mike Kozak as Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending for the Southwest Florida area.
Mike is originally from New York, where he grew up in Utica and received his bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from State University of New York at Oswego. Mike now resides In Naples, with thirty years of experience working at financial institutions across Florida.
LMCU’s Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending, Greg Barr, is thrilled to have Mike join the team. “Mike’s decades of insight will be a huge asset for us,” Greg said. “His determination and professionalism will help forge lasting bonds with business owners, while his expertise will make the financing process much smoother for them.”
Mike said he joined LMCU because of his previous experiences working with members of LMCU’s Commercial Loan and Commercial Credit teams in Southwest Florida. “I’m all about developing longstanding relationships and going the extra mile for my clients,” Mike said. “I’ve seen firsthand how LMCU goes the extra mile for its members and their communities, too, so I knew we would work well together.”
