Meet the Stars of Great Ladies of Jazz

Aisha de Haas is a versatile Broadway and jazz artist with the ability to sing
in a variety of vocal styles.  Most recently, Aisha toured North America as
Medda Larkin in the 1st National Tour of Disney’s Newsies and is featured in
the 2017  “live-capture” movie. Graduating from Columbia College Chicago,
where she was mentored by Sheldon Patinkin, Aisha’s professional career
began with Little Shop of Horrors at the Royal George Theater, Four Saints
In Three Acts with Chicago Opera Theater and several productions at The
Goodman Theater. She returned to New York, where she was cast in her
first Broadway show, Bring In Da Noise, Bring In Da Funk with Savion
Glover. This was immediately followed by the Tony Award Winning product-
ion of RENT and Caroline, Or Change. Off-Broadway, Ms. de Haas was seen
in Nora Ephron’s Love, Loss And What I Wore and Stephen Sondheim’s Road
Show. Her television appearances include Shades ofBlue, Blue Bloods, Law
& Order and The Today Show.  Her movie roles include Across the Universe,
RENT, The Secret Lives Of Dentists and Marci X. Aisha’s voice has been heard
on commercial jingles for Chef Boyardee, McDonald’s, The Lottery and Cover
Girl and several recordings including Dreamgirls In Concert, Caroline, Or
Change, Chicago (the Motion Picture), Road Show and PopJazz.


Twelve-time Manhattan Association of Cabarets and Clubs Winner, Natalie Douglas,
has been called “a true force of nature,” by Clive Davis of The Times (UK). She has
performed across three continents – from clubs & theaters to performing arts centers
& concert halls including, Carnegie Hall, Cafe Carlyle, The Town Hall, Jazz at Lincoln
Center, The Pheasantry in London, and at her New York City home club, Birdland Jazz
Club, where her award-winning TRIBUTES monthly residency (Nina Simone, Elvis,
Dolly Parton, Nat “King” Cole, Dame Shirley Bassey, Stevie Wonder, Ella Fitzgerald,
Roberta Flack, Joni Mitchell, Sammy Davis, Jr., Barbra Streisand and Cher) has been
an SRO hit since its Summer 2017 debut. Natalie has released three albums, including
the MAC Award Winning “Human Heart.” Natalie has also made her mark as a much
sought after educator & actor – she is a Master Teacher for the Mabel Mercer Foundation,
the Jim & Elizabeth Sullivan Foundation, and the Eugene O’Neill Cabaret & Performance
Conference. Natalie holds a Bachelor’s Degree from USC in Psychology, Theatre and
Women’s Studies and a Master’s Degree from UCLA in Psychology and Theatre.


Since its founding in 2021, the Gulf Coast Jazz Collective brings the best of live Jazz performance
to Southwest Florida. Under the artistic direction of drummer, educator, composer & arranger Paul
Gavin, the Jazz Collective includes Bassist Brandon Robertson and pianist Zach Bartholomew form
the core trio.  Monthly they invites the best artists from the country to collaborate in concerts that
span the entire genre of Jazz.
