Local Law Firm to Host Annual Employment Law Seminar

FORT MYERS, Fla. (January 29, 2024) – Boy Agnew Potanovic Miller, a boutique employment law firm, will host its annual seminar and networking event, Proactive Workplace Solutions: An HR & Employment Law Seminar, beginning at 7:30 a.m. on February 23, 2024, at the Caloosa Sound Convention Center. This all-day seminar was created for Southwest Florida HR professionals, business owners, and managers, and will feature sessions focused on proactive and cost-effective solutions to workplace legal issues. Legal topics include a legislative and case law update, tips on how to navigate the myriad new rules from the DOL, EEOC, NLRB, and EEOC; and an employment law Q&A with audience questions.  Guest speakers include employee attorneys Angeli Murthy and Ben Yormak, and Denise Wright, an employment mediator.  This trio will spill employee secrets and give tips on how to avoid ending up on the adverse side of an employee lawsuit. The event also features a keynote speech on high impact leadership by Sara Mueller, a Harvard-trained, international award-winning coach and author.
