Richard Akin Elected to Henderson Franklin’s Executive Committe
Following Henderson Franklin’s recent annual meeting, stockholder Richard Akin was
elected to the Executive Committee. He brings extensive experience in administrative
litigation, land use and zoning matters, and civil litigation. Richard’s dedication to our
clients and the community has earned him numerous accolades, including being named
a “Top Lawyer” by Naples Illustrated from 2020 to 2023. Commenting on his new role,

Colby Keefe Elevated to Real Estate Department Chair
Colby Keefe has been named chair of the firm’s Real Estate Department. Since joining
the firm in 2021, she has made significant contributions, particularly in representing com-
munity associations and real estate development projects.  Managing lawyer and former
