In her second one-year term as President of the Fort Myers Beach Woman’s Club, Monica Schmucker wants to continue the Club’s momentum with growing its presence in the community and with their vision of renovating the historic schoolhouse that serves as the FMB-WC clubhouse. She shares:
“Fort Myers Beach Woman’s Club membership has grown steadily over the past two years, meaning we have more people becoming involved in supporting our local organizations. Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., is pleased to announce that Litigation attorney Peter Kamm has joined the firm as a stockholder in the Tort & Insurance Litigation Department. He brings nearly two decades of trial acumen and today represents insurance carriers in the defense of automobile and premises liability claims.
Upon completing Officer Candidate School in Quantico, Virginia, Peter’s legal career began as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps as a Staff Judge Advocate. He served as both a prosecutor for the U.S. Attorney and as Senior Defense Counsel, achieving the rank of Captain prior to an honorable discharge.
