Business & Tax   Corporate Transparency Act: What You Need to Know

Starting January 1, 2024, the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) will take effect,
impacting certain entities in the United States. These entities, whether pre-exist-
ing or newly formed, must submit a report to the U.S. Department of Treasury’s
Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). Exceptions may apply.
Failure to comply or providing inaccurate information may result in penalties for
the company.
