Personal Health Navigation

NEED A DOCTOR? One of the most important steps to taking charge of your health is getting established with a primary care doctor and getting regular checkups. Because your doctor knows your medical history, he or she will know when medication or diagnostic testing may be necessary, and will continuously monitor you for changes in your health and can refer you to additional medical specialists, if needed. For more information or to schedule an appointment, call the Outreach Team Scheduler at 239-424-3298. Let us help you find a primary care physician from Lee Physician Group!
