Fort Myers, FL — September 10, 2024 — Long time associate firms, Hughes Snell & Co., P.A. and Tuscan & Co., P.A. have announced that the two full-service accounting firms have merged. The combined firms are doing business as HSC/Tuscan & Company, P.A., Certified Public Accountants & Consultants.  

Hughes, Snell & Company was founded in 1974 by William Hughes and Frank Snell as a full-service accounting firm. Tuscan & Co., P.A., founded by Jeffrey M. Tuscan, brings 30 years of experience in auditing, tax and business consulting and a staff of 14 to the newly formed group.
