FORT MYERS, Fla. (Feb. 15, 2023) – Hope Healthcare has been awarded four rings from the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) Quality Connections program.

            The NHPCO Quality Connections program recognizes hospice agencies for demonstrating an organization-wide commitment to continuous quality improvement. Four rings is the highest rating of service excellence based on four fundamental pillars of care, including education, application, measurement and innovation. Hope received three rings during the inaugural year of the program in 2021.
