WHO: Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida’s Pathways to Opportunity (PTO)
WHAT: Free Haircuts for PTO participants
WHEN: Monday, June 10, 2024 from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
WHERE: Pathways to Opportunity, 5100 Tice Street, Fort Myers
WHY: The Bless Bladez Barbershop is volunteering their entire team of skilled barbers to provide free haircuts to adults with disabilities who attend the Pathways to Opportunity (PTO) program.
PTO is a full day Life Skills training program for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and it is one of the disability services provided by Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida.
“This wonderful partnership aims to boost participants’ self-esteem and confidence, offering them a fresh new look. We are grateful for Bless Bladez’s generosity and support in making this happen,” said Jessica Tursi, Director of Disability Services with Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida.
