Upcoming Closure: The museum will be closed on all Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from September 9th through October 9th for annual maint- enance and cleaning. CMON will continue to be closed each Wednesday of the week. Member hour will still remain from 9AM- 10 AM each day we are open.
Hours Changes: The museum will close at 4:30 p.m. beginning September 12th moving forward (instead of 5:00 p.m.).

During our closure periods, we will begin work on new exhibits.
Coming to CMON in Winter 2024: We are collaborating with Publix Super Market Charities to renovate one of our classic exhibit spaces. Stay tuned for a new and improved shopping experience built just for our little shoppers! Preparation for this exciting new exhibit will begin during our closure period.
The Blue Exhibit will open at CMON in our traveling exhibit space on September 21. Young builders’ imaginations can run wild as they com- bine foam building blocks into structures, systems, or shapes. Build life- sized forts to smaller towers and everything in between. If you can ima- gine it, you can build it! “THE BLUE EXHIBIT” will encourage learning through play and innovation, as kids interact with a bajillion blue items and create the fun!
