Hello. Redburn Development – headquartered in upstate NY – is getting ready to break ground on a 300 unit apartment complex at 2021 Hanson Street in Ft. Myers. We also have several other pieces of property under contract, as we ramp up the Florida division of our company. We do not have a physical office in Florida yet, but one of our company principals is moving there in a few months when his house is done being built!
