FORT MYERS, Fla. (June 26, 2018) – We live in a community of great need and great generosity.  Part of the culture at CONRIC PR & Marketing over its past 11 years in business has been that of generosity, serving those in greatest need. Senator Lizbeth Benacquisto on Tuesday, June 26, presented CONRIC PR & Marketing owners Connie Ramos-Williams and Rick Williams and the CONRIC team with The Florida Senate Medallion of Excellence for commitment to serving the community.

“It’s such a joy to recognize Connie Ramos-Williams and her entire team at CONRIC PR & Marketing for their dedication to those most in need throughout Southwest Florida,” Benacquisto said. “Connie and her team are always there, making a difference in our community, not just helping her clients reach success but also helping organizations and individuals who serve the neediest of the needy.”

The Florida Senate Medallion of Excellence is bestowed upon companies that go above and beyond to make the community a better place to live through generous service and goodwill. Jeanne Sweeney, president of the Above Board Chamber of Florida, nominated CONRIC PR & Marketing for the honor.

“CONRIC PR & Marketing gives from the heart, leads by example, mentors others and has given more than a half million dollars in pro-bono services and monetary donations to those in greatest need over the past five years,” Sweeney said. “It makes me happy to see this outstanding team receive the recognition it deserves.”

Ramos-Williams opened the doors of CONRIC PR & Marketing in 2007 with one goal in mind —to help the unemployed start successful businesses during the economic crisis. In the early days, CONRIC PR & Marketing primarily served budding entrepreneurs by creating and implementing successful strategic business and marketing plans.

Today, CONRIC provides comprehensive branding, public relations, advertising, marketing and web development for new and established local and national companies. Ramos-Williams and her team of professionals have experience working with Apple, Adobe, Harley Davidson, The News-Press, WINK, NBC, Dex and Gulfshore Life. CONRIC puts that experience to work to help their clients reach success, but also to help those most in need. The company has provided pro bono services to organizations such as Dress for Success of SW Florida, Blessings in a Backpack of Southwest Florida, PACE Center for Girls and the Multicultural Centre of Southwest Florida.

“Our team is passionate about our community and starts each day with purpose,” Ramos-Williams said. “Our purpose is to exceed expectations, make a positive impact, and give everything our all. We are all-in!”
