Naples – Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., is pleased to announce that Christopher Price has joined the firm’s Trust and Estate department.
Price assists clients by developing their estate plan, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, living wills and health care surrogates. He also advises clients on estate tax and gift tax minimization strategies, handles selective estate and trust litigation, and represents probate and trust administration clients throughout Florida.
With a Masters of Law in Taxation, Price assists clients with the transfer, sale, and management of trust and estate assets and compliance with FIRPTA regulations. As part of his property practice, he represents clients involved in federal tax audits and appeals as well as tax-treaty compliance matters for international decedents owning U.S. real estate.
Price is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Naples and a past president of the Rotary Club of Naples Bay. He is a graduate of the 2011 class of the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program, Growing Associates in Naples (GAINTM). Price also holds an AV rating, the highest rating by Martindale Hubbell.
Price received his undergraduate degree from Florida State University (B.S., 2000), his law degree from St. Thomas University School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 2005), and his graduate degree from the University of Florida College of Law (LL.M., Taxation, 2006).
