Community Cooperative Welcomes New Chief Operating Officer to Lead Operational Strategies

FORT MYERS, Fla. (January 3, 2024) – Community Cooperative, a dedicated nonprofit organization committed to creating a positive impact in Southwest Florida, is proud to announce the appointment of Tracy Siekmann as their new Chief Operating Officer. With over two decades of extensive industry experience, Tracy brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to Community Cooperative’s executive team.

Throughout her career, Tracy has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills. She has a proven track record of driving operational excellence and implementing strategic initiatives. She received her Master of Business Administration in Public Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management. She plans to further enhance and focus on operational efficiency, building on the company’s existing expertise in facilities, program, and management.

Having relocated to Florida over a decade ago with her husband, Tracy has been an integral part of the community and witnessed the growth of Community Cooperative. Community Cooperative is confident that Tracy will help take the organization to new heights and allow it to better serve the community and accomplish our goals.
