Final Closure Dates!  

CMON will continue to be closed three days a week for maintenance
and cleaning for the first two weeks in October. The museum will be
open Thursday through Sunday, from 10:00 am until 4:30 pm, until
October 9, 2024.

     

Spooktacular Tickets Are Selling Fast!

 

CMON is celebrating Halloween with our annual not-so-scary Halloween
Spooktacular all day on Saturday, October 19! This eerie-sistable event will
take place at three designated times throughout the day and the museum will
ONLY be open for members and guests with Halloween Spooktacular event
tickets.  

So choose the CMON Halloween Spooktacular time that is best for you and
your family and come dressed in your favorite costumes for Halloween activ-
ities, games, trick or treating, and more!  

The 4:00pm – 6:00pm and 10:00am – 12:00pm trick or treating slots
are now SOLD OUT!
Get your tickets for 1:00pm – 3:00pm before they’re gone!  

Reservations required. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Children of all ages are welcome.  

– CMON member pricing is $5 for adults and $15 for children.*
– The fee for all other guests is $10 for adults and $20 for children.

The primary goal of Stepping Stone Kids Therapy is to provide services to children
and their families with quality care using ABA, Occupational, and Speech therapies
in a variety of settings to create individualized care and ensure the desired outcomes.  

Halloween Exceptional Night

 

Tuesday, October 22, from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m.  

Exceptional Nights are created specifically for children with physical
and/or neurological disabilities, Autism, and other sensory integration
disorders. Lighting and sounds are muted, cool-down spaces are avail-
able, and participation is limited to keep crowds to a minimum. The
whole family is encouraged to attend to make the evening enjoyable
and educational for the child.  

October’s Exceptional Night will feature a sensory-friendly trick or treat
experience, and Halloween themed games. Feel free to come dressed in
your not-so-spooky costumes!  

Event is free for members and $5 per person for non-members.

Mini Buddhas Yoga  

October’s Mini Buddha’s session will take place on Sunday, October 13.
 
This 30-minute session is designed for Mini Buddhas of all ages. Parents
are encouraged to play and participate. Taught by Just Play by E.Co’s 
Elaina Vasta, this session will introduce children to yoga through imagin-
ative themes that take them on a journey incorporating yoga, dance, and
play.

Registration cost is $30 per child (includes one parent and admission for
the day). CMON Member’s will receive a $10 discount per registration
(log-in required). Check-in begins at the front desk at 9:00 a.m.

Are You Ready for Rainbowdance?  

Classes start October 14  

Rainbowdance is an expressive art program perfected to work through
45 minutes of music and movement while refining foundational tools
like empowered movement, attunement, positive social engagement,
and safety building. Built on the foundation of collaboratively navi-
gating self-esteem, self-regulation, and social empathy.

Parent Cafe is Coming to CMON!

 

Join us for a cup of coffee or tea and discuss various topics related
to parenting during our Parent Cafe. Parent Cafes are a wonderful
way for parents and caregivers to build connections and have mean-
ingful conversations. Using the Parent Cafe principles of resilience,
relationships, knowledge, support and communication, we will share
our parenting experiences and gain new insights and perspectives.
Come together to talk, listen and support one another. Please note that
childcare will not be provided. To ensure more in depth conversations,
space will be limited.

Fall Break Camp at CMON will take place on November 25, 26, 27,
and 29. There is no camp on Thanksgiving Day. There are a limited
number of spots available, so reserve yours now!

THE BLUE EXHIBIT Is Now Open

 

“THE BLUE EXHIBIT” focuses on kid-powered interactive play through
blocks of all sizes, balls, books, dress-up, and more! Young builders’ imag-
inations can run wild as they combine foam building blocks into structures,
systems, or shapes. Build life-sized forts to smaller towers and everything
in between. If you can imagine it, you can build it! “THE BLUE EXHIBIT”
will encourage learning through play and innovation, as kids interact with
a bajillion blue items and create the fun!

Backyard Bash is November 15  

Mark you calendars for Backyard Bash, a 21+ event that invites adults to
feel like kids again! Enjoy an evening playing bigger-than-life backyard
games, dinner from local food trucks, a curated beer and wine beverage
selection, live music, and chances to win exciting prizes.

Golisano Children’s Museum of Naples (CMON) is a trusted place for
