City of Palms Park Stadium RFP 0001-24

The City of Fort Myers (City) is seeking development proposals from qualified parties (Developers) interested in the opportunity to invest in, redevelop, reimagine, rebuild, and operate a new financially sustainable vertical mixed-use, multi-sport, entertainment project on the site of the City of Palms Park Stadium, Skatium and related parcels, creating a multi-sport, educational, cultural and entertainment area in Midtown. 

The project will provide a mix of residential, commercial, and recreational uses, and be consistent with the City’s Comprehensive Plan.  The qualified partner will provide needed capital investment to make the City of Palms Stadium and adjacent areas a high-quality venue for sports and other events and provides a valued and welcome resource for community stakeholders and visitors.  The Primary Redevelopment Proposal should include renovating the City of Palms Park Stadium to accommodate a Professional Soccer Team.
