The Lee County Port Authority is excited to welcome Breeze Airways’ inaugural flights to Portland, Maine (PWM) and Richmond, Virginia (RIC) today, Nov. 15, at Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers, Florida. Breeze will operate both PWM and RIC, not currently served with nonstop service from RSW, with twice weekly flights to each market.    

In addition to these flights, Breeze will start six other nonstop flights this week at RSW:

  • Akron-Canton, Ohio (CAK)
  • Columbus, Ohio (CMH)
  • Louisville, Kentucky (SDF)
  • Pittsburgh (PIT)
  • Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina (RDU)
  • Syracuse, New York (SYR)

Breeze Airways announced this new service in July 2023. The total number of nonstop markets at RSW served by Breeze will be 14. See today’s Breeze news release for more details. To book a flight or find out more information, please visit flybreeze.com.
