Sign-on bonuses and generous benefits are available for RNs, LPNs and CNAs and social workers
NAPLES, Fla. (July 26, 2021) – Avow is hiring RNs, LPNs, CNAs, social workers and other healthcare positions, and is hosting a job fair from 2 to 8 p.m. Aug. 5 at the Avow campus at 1095 Whippoorwill Lane in Naples.
Available bonuses are $2,000 for LPNs and CNA-HHAs, $5,000 for social workers and $15,000 for RNs. At the job fair, candidates can talk to representatives and explore clinical and non-clinical positions available. Avow is a certified Great Place to Work.
Generous benefits, which add 30% to an employee’s hourly wage and begin the first of the month following the month of hire include:

The lowest hourly rate paid to an Avow employee is $15.25 an hour for positions such as housekeepers, cooks or maintenance. A newly licensed registered nurse can make $28 an hour. Avow also pays a premium for experienced RNs and those with hospice experience.
