Fort Myers, FL (Dec. 20, 2023) Attorney Stephen Dommerich has been promoted to partner in the Business & Civil Litigation Department at Aloia, Roland, Lubell & Morgan, PLLC.

The promotion from senior associate attorney continues Dommerich’s progression in the firm where over the course of his career he has gained considerable experience in real estate, business, and construction law as well as personal injury, criminal law and first-party insurance law.

A Fort Myers native and graduate of Fort Myers High School, Dommerich received his law degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2014, after he received a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Florida State University. After law school, Dommerich returned to Fort Myers to work as a prosecutor for the State Attorney’s Office – Twentieth Judicial Circuit. As a prosecutor, Dommerich grew a passion for litigation and tried 50 jury trials to verdict in cases ranging from misdemeanors to felonies. In 2021, Dommerich joined Aloia, Roland, Lubell & Morgan, PLLC’s Business & Civil Litigation Department and has been fighting for his clients ever since.

Committed to community involvement, Dommerich is active in the Fort Myers Rotary Club, the Southwest Florida Seminole Club, the Lee County Bar Association and the Calusa American Inn of Court. Dommerich also serves on the Florida Bar Grievance Committee.

“Stephen’s diverse background and expertise in business and civil law only strengthens the commitment of Aloia Roland to provide clients with top legal representation,” Aloia Roland Business and Civil Legal Litigation Senior Partner Jack Morgan III said.

“Growing up in Fort Myers, I always wanted to come home to serve my community,” says Dommerich. “Becoming a partner at Aloia, Roland, Lubell & Morgan, PLLC, while being afforded the opportunity to represent the citizens of Southwest Florida, is a dream come true.”
