Specializing in Business & Civil Litigation with a focus on building and construction matters, Fairbanks brings nearly two decades of industry experience to the team. 

A native of Fort Myers, Fairbanks is a highly respected professional in the construction and real estate sectors and is a Florida-licensed general contractor and real estate broker. She earned her general contractor license at 18 years old – becoming the youngest female general contractor in the state of Florida. After a successful career in the construction industry, Fairbanks expanded her skills by obtaining her real estate license, leading to her being a top producing realtor in Lee County. She then pursued her dream of attending law school and graduated at the top of her class. 

Fairbanks’s unique experience and background in construction, real estate and law give her an advantage to truly understanding all aspects and complexities of the construction law field, which she leverages to serve her clients. Her extensive practical knowledge and legal expertise make her a valuable asset to Aloia, Roland, Lubell & Morgan, PLLC.
