SVN Commercial Partners closes on lease for Opulent Lighting and Design LLC

Bonita Springs (April 6, 2023) – SVN Commercial Partners and Sr. Advisor Patty McClimans recently closed on a property lease for Opulent Lighting and Design LLC. It is a two-unit, 4,512-square-foot space at 28210 Old U.S. 41, in Bonita Springs. McClimans represented the tenant on this assignment. Mike Haupert of Mangrove Storage LLC represented is the Landlord.

The units are desirable to fit the needs of Opulent Lighting and Design, a family-owned company, which specializes in event planning with a special focus on unique lighting for holidays, events, weddings and trade shows.
