We are committed to bringing quality events to serve as a platform for unique marketing
opportunities for local businesses and restaurants. Our events create an atmosphere for
participants to gain the exposure that everyone needs to succeed. We believe that when local
businesses succeed, everyone wins.
RESTAURANT DRIVEN

  • 30+ food vendors offering taste-sized dishes priced between $2 and $5 allow guests to

patronize several restaurants throughout the day

  • Vendors keep 100% of their proceeds and benefit from extensive pre-event promotion
  • “Best of Taste” competition with awards in a variety of categories are presented to multiple

participating vendors
MEDIA OUTREACH

  • Presented by WINK TV; advertised extensively on television, radio, and print
  • Free and low cost promotional opportunities available for all event participants
  • Social media presence on Facebook and Twitter

ENTERTAINMENT

  • Live music plays on the main stage throughout the day
  • Free children’s area includes bounce houses, a rock wall, and arts & crafts

COMMUNITY BENEFIT

  • Liquor proceeds benefit American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer
  • Boy Scouts of America Panther District “Taste of Scouting”
  • Event generates exposure and sales for 50+ local businesses
  • Low cost admission with entertainment for the entire family

HISTORY

  • Started in 2014; held on the first Saturday of November each year at Centennial Park
  • 5,000+ attendees are documented each year at the WINK Taste of Lee
  • Average food vendor sales earned is $2,000 with top earners selling $3,000+

  • student volunteers will have their Hours approved for school.
  • Food vendor booth spaces starting at $500
  • Business booth spaces starting at $200
