Since joining Stevens Construction as senior project manager in 2011, Dan quickly rose to the top of the management team, proving his ability to deliver our client’s projects on budget, on schedule and with the highest of quality. Dan has completed some of the company’s most complex projects including Landmark Hospital, an 86,676-square-foot, 50-bed, long-term care facility in Naples. A LEED Accredited Professional and Florida licensed general contractor, the Fort Myers native earned his bachelor’s degree in building construction from the University of Florida. Dan has also earned Healthcare Construction Certification from the American Society for Healthcare Engineering and Infection Control Certification. Dan is very enthusiastic about supporting his community. Dan serves as second vice president on the board of directors for the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the Rotary Club of Fort Myers, Real Estate Investment Society and United Way Allocations committee. Dan has also been recognized by Gulfshore Business as a “40 Under 40” recipient.
Dr. Guido Minaya is the CEO and Chief Learning Officer of Minaya Learning Global Solutions LLC, a corporate training and education services company. He has 25 years of corporate learning and development management experience working in a variety of industries. Dr. Minaya has led regional and global corporate university teams for region wide and global learning initiatives. He launched Minaya Learning Global Solutions in 2007 after holding senior management and executive roles with AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Avaya, and Accenture.
Sharon M. Thompson, C.P.A., is Hughes, Snell & Company, P.A.‘s managing shareholder and shareholder in charge of financial reporting services, including compilations, reviews, audits, business planning and business valuations. Sharon graduated from Stetson University.
Suzanne Boy, Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., concentrates her practice in employment law, assisting clients with all aspects of employment-related litigation, claims, and client counseling. She has experience representing employers in both federal and state courts, and has litigated actions under a variety of employment laws, including Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FLSA, FMLA, whistleblower statutes, and all types of retaliation. In addition to her litigation practice, Suzanne regularly assists her clients with employee handbooks; supervisory training; and employee termination, leave, and disciplinary issues, and she strives to help clients proactively and cost-effectively resolve workplace issues. She frequently speaks to businesses and professional groups on various employment matters, and serves as the lead writer of the firm’s Southwest Florida Employment Law Blog.
