Most recently, Burns has led Kalon Consulting in the branding and marketing of boutique to mid-sized business to consumer clients throughout Southwest Florida, and Kalon Consulting will fold into NOISE Inc. as an exciting new partnership. A Florida native fluent in tourism, she has over 15 years of customer service experience within the hospitality, recreation and tourism industries and specializes in customer experience and service marketing strategy and delivery — excelling at both personal and digital experience and relationship marketing.
Burns earned an MBA and Masters in Marketing from the University of Tampa, completed undergraduate studies in Event Management at Florida State University and is a United States Air Force veteran. She has extensive experience with Southwest Florida travel marketers.
