SARASOTA, Fla., (June 13th, 2018) – GATES Construction is pleased to announce the addition of Abraham Velazquez as Senior Project Manager. Velazquez is responsible for the overall project coordination from the pre-construction and permitting stage through to owner occupancy. Velazquez has 20 years of construction experience with a wide variety of project types and particular expertise in multi-family, hospitality, and healthcare construction. Velazquez received a degree in Construction Project Management. Velazquez will be based out of GATES Construction’s office in downtown Sarasota.
