Corris McIntosh named Fort Myers CRA Legal Advisor

 FORT MYERS, Fla. (January 26, 2026) – The Fort Myers Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is proud to announce that Corris McIntosh, Jr., J.D., MBA, has been named as Legal Advisory for the agency.

A Fort Myers native, McIntosh has 18 years of legal experience and most recently served as Assistant School Board Attorney for the School District of Lee County.

McIntosh earned his bachelor’s degree from Brown University and later received his MBA and Juris Doctor both from Stetson University.

His career includes serving as an attorney with Buchanan, Ingersoll & Rooney and Fowler White Boggs. He has also worked with the Lee County Attorney’s Office and Enterprise Legal Services. He is a member of the Lee County Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

“We are honored to have Corris join our team,” said Michele Hylton-Terry, executive director of the Fort Myers CRA. “Not only is he a Fort Myers native that truly understands the work we are doing at the CRA, but he is also an incredibly accomplished and respected attorney.
