Join the Gulf Coast Symphony for a unique and captivating
evening featuring two dynamic theatrical works: Stravinsky’s
“A Soldier’s Tale” and Michael Daugherty’s “Dead Elvis.” “A
Soldier’s Tale” is a dramatic piece that combines music, nar-
ration, and dance to tell the compelling story of a soldier who
makes a deal with the devil. In contrast, “Dead Elvis” offers a
whimsical and modern twist, featuring a bassoon soloist in a
playful homage to the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll. Also on this con-
cert is Brazilian composer Brenno Blauth’s charming Concert-
ino for Oboe and Strings.

Lerner & Loewe’s Camelot

Borrowing from Arthurian legends, Lerner & Loewe’s
Camelot is the duo’s fantastical masterpiece which tri-
umphed on Broadway with a rich score boasting such

Candlelight Concerts at the MACC

Candlelight concerts bring the magic of a live, multi-
sensory musical experiences like never seen before in
Fort Myers.  Immerse yourself is the glorious sounds
of string quartet in a theater lit by candlelight, as the
Listeso String Quartet performs various concerts from
Vivaldi to Taylor Swift.  For information on specific
