Fort Myers, FL (September 25, 2025) – The Heights Foundation/The Heights Center is pleased to announce the promotion of Meghan Madden to Director of Operations. In her new role, Madden will oversee the organization’s day-to-day operations, working closely with leadership to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of programs, facilities, and administrative systems that support the Foundation’s mission to build strong, self-sufficient families in the Harlem Heights community.

Madden has been a valued member of The Heights Foundation team, most recently serving as Office Administrator and Events Coordinator. In that dual role, she played a key part in managing office operations, supporting staff, and organizing successful fundraising and community events. Her leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to the Foundation’s values have made a lasting impact.

As Director of Operations, Madden will take on expanded responsibilities, including payroll, working with facilities and administrative staff, and supporting the implementation of new systems to strengthen internal processes across all Foundation programs.
