What’s New at JetBlue Park for this year’s Red Sox Spring Training
FORT MYERS, Fla. (February 20, 2026) – Fans and attendees at this season’s Boston Red Sox Spring Training will experience familiar and new food opportunities at this year’s games.
New food vendors joining Fenway South this year include Cajun Gringos, Empanada Revolution and Kickstand Cocktails.
Cajun Gringos is a privately owned, locally sourced food truck that will be serving up their tasty Mexi-Gringo Tacos and Shrimp PoBoys. They say they are just a couple of New England guys looking to bring great food to great people.
Empanada Revolution is bringing fresh, handcrafted oven baked empanadas filled with vibrant, all-star flavors to Fenway South. These empanadas are a perfect handheld snack.
“Empanada Revolution is honored to join JetBlue Park this Spring Training, bringing fresh, handcrafted oven baked empanadas filled with vibrant, all-star flavors to Fenway South. With quality ingredients and good vibes in every bite, we’re stepping up to the plate with a delicious new option for fans. Our empanadas are the perfect handheld snack – no fork, no fuss, just big-league flavor from the first pitch to the final inning.”
Founded in 2021, Kickstand Cocktails is the world’s first canned cocktail brand dedicated to perfectly balanced drinks with a touch of heat. The idea was sparked when the founders realized that fresh jalapeños make spicy cocktails wildly inconsistent from one drink to the next. Rather than accept that unpredictability, they set out to create a canned cocktail that delivers the same smooth, reliable flavor every time. Crafted with premium vodka, soda, and real ingredients, Kickstand Cocktails contain no added sugar and no artificial ingredients. With just 110 calories per can, each flavor is bold yet “crushable,” offering a refreshing introduction to spice without overpowering heat — perfect for warm weather and long days at the ballpark. The lineup features four signature flavors: Roasted Jalapeño Cucumber, Charred Pineapple Poblano, Smashed Raspberry Habanero, and Torched Peach Chipotle — each carefully crafted to balance brightness, subtle sweetness, and a refined kick. Kickstand Cocktails is redefining what it means to bring heat to the can — proving that bold flavor and easy drinkability can coexist, one perfectly balanced sip at a time.
Returning food vendors include Del’s Lemonade, Dippin’ Dots, Kona Ice, Tropical Island Kettle Korn, DonutNV, Nashbowls of Naples, Maine Shack and Chop It Up Sandwiches.
Similar to 2025, parking at JetBlue Park for Spring Training games is included in the ticket price providing an expedited entry into the ballpark, with fans only needing to present their ticket upon arrival.
Each home game will also feature the Red Sox Mobile Showcase presented by L.L.Bean. This mobile experience transforms into a full-blown Fenway Park experience including a pitching accuracy challenge, Green Monster photo backdrop, a batting cage where fans can take live BP, authentic player jerseys, bats and helmets and more.
